Product & Stock
Do products come in exactly the same color?

All colours of garments are reproduced as accurately as possible, however a slight variation may occur in colour and size specifications. Colours may appear slightly different via this web site due to computer picture resolution and individual monitor settings.

What if the item I ordered is sold out?

All orders are subject to stock availability. Should an item be sold out, we will contact you via phone or email and refund the money paid for the item to the original method of payment.

Will I receive order confirmation?

Once you have placed an order you will shortly receive a confirmation email. Please check your Junk/Spam folder. If you have not received your order confirmation email please contact the customer support via the website.

Returns & refunds
How can I return my online purchase?

If you wish to initiate a return, please follow the steps outlined in Eternal's Return Policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Tags still attached
- Inside the original bag
- Stain and scent-free
- Requested within 7 days of receiving the product by mail or in-store.

All returns are eligible for store credit only.

Refunds are provided for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, including return shipping costs.

Exchanges for the same or similar items are offered if available.

Please note that the costs associated with shipping, duties, and taxes are non-refundable if collected.

Additionally, any expenses related to the return shipping and duties will be the responsibility of the buyer.
