Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Tags still attached
  • Inside the original bag
  • Stain and scent-free
  • Requested within 7 days of receiving the product by mail or in-store

Please note: All sale items and accessories are FINAL SALE.


Return Process:

If you wish to initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at eternalbrazilian@gmail.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Clearly mention the reason for the return and provide relevant details or images.
  3. Once approved, you will receive an RMA number and further instructions.
  4. Package the item securely with all original accessories and documentation.
  5. Ship the item to the provided address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  6. Return the merchandise within 2 business days of receiving the RMA number and send the proof of return (tracking number) to eternalbrazilian@gmail.com.
  7. Use a carrier that offers tracking services to avoid lost returns.

Refunds and Exchanges:
  • All returns are eligible for store credit only.
  • Refunds are provided for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, including return shipping costs.
  • Exchanges for the same or similar items are offered if available.
  • Please note that the costs associated with shipping, duties, and taxes are non-refundable if collected. Additionally, any expenses related to the return shipping and duties will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Cancellations:

Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible to cancel an order before shipment.


Damaged or Lost Items:
  • Contact us immediately with photographic evidence of damage.
  • Lost items will be resolved with the shipping carrier.
